Vivek is the Global Head for Enterprise Verticals Solutions and Portfolio Companies at Tech Mahindra and Non-Executive Director at Target.
He is responsible for creating a robust and differentiated portfolio of offerings for clients in each vertical, and organic and in-organic investments for building capability. He has been with Tech Mahindra since 2004.
As an established Board Executive, Aileen has expertise in digital business transformation across retail and commercial banking.
She has more than 10 years’ experience in executive and non-executive roles, helping to leverage growth opportunities for several leading financial services organisations including Co-operative Bank, Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banking Group (CYBG), and global technology service provider Cognizant.
Most recently, Aileen held the role of Chair of The Co-Operative Bank ESG Outsourcing Committee, providing strategic guidance to its £17bn lending business. She was also a Board Director at Yorkshire Bank Home Loans with specific responsibility to oversee and govern the £21bn lending division.
Andrew had an executive career with EY, where he was a partner for 28 years and was a board member and trustee of the firm’s pension schemes, before retiring in 2016. He is now a non-executive director of Lloyds Bank Corporate Markets plc, C. Hoare & Co., and Ecclesiastical Insurance Group plc. He's previously served on the boards of Southern Housing Group, National Bank of Greece and the Centre for Economic Policy Research.
At EY Andrew served as the auditor of many of the firm’s largest audit clients, during which time he spent six years in Switzerland leading the audit of the UBS banking group.
John brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in people-led service transformation, delivering market-leading customer outcomes and meeting the strategic objectives of businesses and clients.
John has 16 years’ experience in business process outsourcing (BPO) and IT in an FCA regulated environment, and is an experienced practitioner of Operational Management and Service Modernisation frameworks.
Bernard brings over 30 years’ experience, knowledge and interaction with regulatory bodies to the role of CRO at Target Group.
In his early career, Bernard qualified with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant before spending five years in North America working in the risk and insurance markets. On his return to the UK, he worked for a number of banks in senior risk and compliance, finance and operational roles, where his responsibility included operational divisions, retail financial services, outsourcing and establishing and managing consumer credit lending divisions.
More recently, he worked as an independent risk consultant, advising clients on risk frameworks, before spending the last 8 years in the North of England as Risk and Compliance Director, where he successfully combined consumer credit lending and internet retail.
Katherine has 10 years’ experience in finance including over seven years' as a qualified accountant.
She has specialist experience in leading the delivery of high quality statutory audits under both PCAOB and ISA auditing standards, regulatory audits and advisory projects. She is experienced in reporting under IFRS, FRS 101, FRS 102 and US GAAP. Katherine joined Target in 2018 as Finance Business Partner and has since been promoted to Chief of Staff, Head of Strategic Finance and more recently Director of Strategic Finance.
Matt is passionate about developing a People Strategy that enables Target to be an employer of choice, and creating a great place to work.
With more than 10 years’ experience in HR, Matt joined Target Group in 2017. Matt has a background in Employee Engagement, People Projects and Employee Relations, and since being at Target has launched an award-winning Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
A skilled finance leader with over 20 years’ experience leading commercial performance, process improvement and developing finance functions in partnering, analytics and technical capabilities.
Ian joined Target in 2016 following a successful career across the retail sector, that included FTSE 100 and PE backed companies.
Mark has a wealth of experience from 20+ years in Business Process Outsourcing predominantly focussed on the Financial Services sector. Mark previously held senior leadership roles at Xerox,
RR Donnelly and Computershare where he was responsible for corporate relationships, managing global accounts, outsourcing and creating mutually beneficial opportunities for clients.
At Target he’s responsible for market strategy and new business development. He’s recently led on the successful development and launch of Target’s Mortgage Hub. Using his knowledge of complex financial services administration Mark is able to identify real industry issues and goals, working with our financial services clients and their customers to bring solutions to life.
